Cadillac Service Center

We purchased our vehicle from Cadillac Hennessy in Duluth a few years ago, and overall we’ve been very happy with both the dealership and the service department. When we go in for maintenance, the team is efficient, responsive, and they usually complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. They’ve also been very helpful when it comes to arranging a ride if needed while services are being handled, which makes the process much easier. That said, I do think the initial greeting experience when arriving at the service department could be improved. I bought the 2024 XT4 in December of 2023 2 hours away from my residence with the help of a friend. I realized I had to find a dealership closer to home for services once I purchased the car. Hennessy Cadillac was referred to me by a couple of people on Reddit after I started a thread asking for advice. I’ve had all my services for my new car with them so far. I’m enjoying the experience. Hennessy is conveniently located and the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. The facility is lovely and comfortable for those of us who wait. My Rep was attentive and informative, the service tech kept me informed via video, and my wait was minimal. Very thankful to have found them.

I had previously went to another dealership about my issue, but they failed to diagnose it correctly or fix it. So, I am very thankful for the service that I received at Hennessey Cadillac. Everyone was professional and courteous. They listened to my concern about my vehicle issue, diagnosed it, and properly repaired it. I appreciated being advised of needed repairs and costs prior to any work being performed. My vehicle is running great!
