Calabasas Auto Spa and Detail

I was traveling from out of town and my car needed a good spa treatment. I was so impressed with how hard they worked to get my car sparkling clean inside and out! They even filled my tank up with gas! It was a real treat for me! Such a lucky find! Thank you!

Worst car wash ever and aa rip off. For $34.99 its less than a basic basic bad car wash . Windows smeared with a dirty towel and they even forgot to clean the sunroof. (Maybe for the best). Steering wheel and console still dusty not cleaned well. For this price, you would expect to have at least tire dressing put on. Not even that I will never come back to this overpriced place

This was our third time taking our cars to this car wash. First 2 times we had a good experience but this time we were bamboozled. Vicente the “manager”, talked to my husband initially and my husband asked him to wash both cars and he said he would polish them both as well. He was under the impression he was charging $80 for both cars so when we went to pay we were surprised. We went back to Vicente and told us that it’s $80 each for the wash and polishing of both cars. So we went to pay. After an hour when the car was ready, I noticed there was 2 bird poop marks on the back door that were not removed. Vicente came over and said “you didn’t tell me about those”. This place overcharges for a subpar car wash and the manager Vicente is not helpful at all. I paid $80 for a car wash and when it was completed, I noticed there were 2 bird dropping spots that did not come all the way off. When I told Vicente , he said “you didn’t tell me about those spots.” He said it would cost an additional $40 to polish it so it can come out. This place takes advantage of its customers and the manager Vicente charges different prices every time I come and offers no customer service. Never coming back and will make sure I let my entire family to never come back.

They do a great job, but it’s expensive. Cheapest wash is $35. Also, be prepared to wait at least an hour for your car on weekends. Mine took 90 minutes! And not a detailing! Overpriced considering the time commitment.
