I had an excellent experience with the Service Department at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. They handled my windshield replacement and also sourced a tire for me — and everything was done incredibly fast, smooth, and hassle-free. From start to finish, the process was easy and well-organized. Communication was clear, the team was professional, and they made sure everything was taken care of without any stress on my end. I truly appreciate the level of service and attention to detail. It was a really, really great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to service my car here again. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with this Mercedes-Benz dealership. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair, but the dealership is refusing to properly address the issue under warranty. On top of that, they told me no loaner vehicles were available, even though while I was standing there, two loaner cars were returned to the dealership. One of those vehicles could clearly have been provided, but no effort was made to help. I rely on my car daily, and being left without transportation during a warranty repair is unacceptable for a brand like Mercedes-Benz. No rental assistance was offered either. This experience does not reflect the level of customer service expected from Mercedes-Benz. I will be escalating this issue to Mercedes-Benz Customer Care and strongly reconsidering servicing my vehicle

This review is not written lightly. I am genuinely confused how a dealership operating at this level considers this acceptable. For months, I did not have a dedicated manager assigned to my account or situation. Apparently Sev the service tech runs the whole dealership . No ownership. No accountability. I was left navigating a serious service matter on my own, repeatedly following up, only to be met with silence, delays, or inconsistent information. How is a customer supposed to confidently service or purchase a vehicle when basic management oversight is missing? This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it was a fundamental breakdown in process.
