I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and have had more than 4 cars that have been regularly maintained and serviced. The reason I go to you guys is because you do a good job in your work its fast and friendly. My last visit, I brought two cars for oil changes and had the worst experience, not fast, not friendly and very uncomfortable. My appointment was for 1:30. I waited 40 mins before someone even approached me to take my car in. We have had our cars serviced at Calabasas Car Care for many years. We have a couple of older vehicles (2002 & 2004) that we don’t drive a lot and they have kept them running, while working with us to prioritize absolutely necessary repairs. While driving down Los Virgines I suddenly heard a thumping sound and thought I might have something stuck on a tire. Pulled over to look and a AAA truck parked next to me. He was on a break. I asked if he could help, and sure enough we found a lag bolt with washer embedded in my front left tire. I was thinking this going to cost me $500 to replace a tire at the Porsche dealer. I had a nice first-time experience here, and I plan to go back and have more work on my car done when the parts come in. Bob, David and team seemed to treat me well and not take advantage of me being a single woman by trying to overcharge or hassle me like lots of other places do when I show up alone. They had several work desks where I was able to do work as my car was serviced, in addition to coffee and a bathroom. The office was pretty clean and didn’t smell poorly, which is always appreciated.
