Caldwell Tire & Auto Service Tire Pros

My husband always selects Caldwell Tire and Auto Service, because of excellent customer service. When my spouse dropped off my vehicle and explained to the technician what problem, my car was experiencing, we received prompt diagnosis, price of part and labor costs needed, what time and day part is to arrive and stated promptly that we would receive call once car is ready. Excellent customer service and excellent car service rates. Secretary is very kind , courteous, and has excellent customer service as well. I would recomnend Caldwell Tire & Auro Services to family, friends, colleagues, co-workers, and relatives.

Do not recommend this business. I purchased four new tires about a month ago, and within a couple of weeks one nearly came off while I was driving with my infant due to the lug nuts being loose and improperly installed. This was extremely dangerous. I was then told the tires were bad due to alignment issues, even though no alignment was performed or recommended at the time of service. When I called to have the tires replaced, the business refused to honor the warranty. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unsafe experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had a blow out on our way back to ct at 4:30 in the afternoon with our race trailer coming from Maryland we already lost the spare called and Asked if they could quickly mount one tire and they refused and said their techs were leaving. I own a repair shop and there’s not a chance in hell I’d turn away a stranded traveler when it takes less than 10 mins to mount one tire. We didn’t even need them to take it off the trailer or anything. Terrible business ethics.

Very nice staff. They mounted tires with tubes for my Hot Rod without overcharging. No one but Coker Tires sell by-ply radials so it's hard to find someone that will mount them. Then I was blessed because they did it for a great price.

11/10. Blew a tire on a horse trailer…the owner Leonard was amazing. His guys were at lunch. He came out, swapped the tire. D had me on the road in about 25minutes. I’ve never had that fast of a tire swap and they had the trailer tire in stock!!! Can’t recommend more
