Caliber Collision

As indicated in pictures, wrong color on lower bumper cover(flat black instead of grey). Ugly tape line on left front bumper cover. I did ask for the hood to be repainted due to chips from highway driving and they said it would be $900.00 +additional. I thought that was very high. Maybe not? So I bought a painted new hood for much less. Although, The service people were very friendly and courteous throughout the entire process I don't think I would use them again.

i got into a fender bender. a guy crossed into my lane and basically wiped me out while driving my Ford F-150. the truck, lifted 2021 Black Widow limited edition. i thought of no other place than Caliber Collision. the team here in Chestertown were kind, attentive, extremely professional and very easy to get ahold of when seeking a status update on my repairs. when i dropped off the truck it was raining. quick in out super easy quick proceess didnt have to wait long for anything.. they had my paperwork ready(check), the process to get a loaner truck info and where to go(check) approx how long would my truck be in the shop(check) with whom i could reach out to if i had any questions day/night (check). like i said easy easy process. hopefully i don’t get into another fender bender anytim

My vehicle ended up here after an unexpected deer encounter but I was very glad I chose this shop. Before I even left the vehicle they inspected and explained what had to be done, as much as possible without getting into the job, including resetting the safety features. I am completely satisfied with the work.

We were in an accident in North Carolina, and the at-fault driver's insurance was a nightmare to deal with, but Caliber in Chestertown was amazing. They were kind and professional, and the car was ready on time and looked wonderful. They were the only bright spot in the entire process.
