I feel grateful to have crossed paths with Todd and Diane -- a kind-hearted and genuinely caring duo. During Thanksgiving weekend, my car broke down on the highway at night. Diane was kind enough to give me a ride to nearby hotels and Todd did an efficient job installing a new battery so that my car would be ready to drive the next morning. Both of them went out of their way to help me in a stressful situation. Thank you both for your service and kindness!

**Dear Todd’s Body Shop Team,** I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional kindness and honesty you demonstrated recently. After my unfortunate accident involving a deer, I was in a state of shock and distress. My car was totaled, and I was physically injured. However, amidst all the chaos, I discovered the next morning that my gold bracelet, which holds immense sentimental value to me as it was bought in my hometown of St. Thomas, was missing. The way both the owner and his wife took the time and effort to search for my bracelet touched me deeply. Finding it and shipping it back to me was an incredible act of kindness that I will never forget. In a world that often seems hurried and impersonal, your actions reminded me that there are still genuinely good and honest

Todd and Diane was so helpful and such a compassionate pair! Todd gave me advice and was very helpful with recovering from a car theft. He also did some work and got my car back on the road very quickly. Can’t thank him enough! I highly recommend!

Wow! Todd and Diane were great to us after a very traumatic event in our lives. They are such good people and provided great service. We were so blessed to have them there for us. Diane was so friendly she made sure we were warm and gave us coffee.. she was so hospitable. Great people!
