Caledonia Farmers Elevator

Some of the worst winter rye seed I have ever bought! Every bag of seed had a bunch of pellets, corn and a bunch of other junk! Instantly clogs the spreader. Seems like this place is getting worse every year.

I was traveling and got a flat tire, the tire store couldn't help me but the Farmers Elevator did. They are down home great folks.

Have been buying feed there for some time now . Was happy that after Caledonia took over they switched back to paper feed bags. However, this last time I was surprised to see they are reverting to braided plastic bags, which are much more difficult to handle as well not recyclable. Now I have to find another source for my feed as I can't have these bags piling up in the landfills. Staff there advised me to complain as Noone likes the plastic bags. Feed is high quality, staff is great despite political banners that are somewhat insulting.

Hade two 13" tires for trailer put on rims, valve stems and balanced. $78? Use to be competitive price. Now it's outrageous!

I have been a customer for years as has my Dad. I get horse shavings delivered several times a year. Today they were left outside my barn door...no warning they were coming...no call before or when here. Now I get to unload them by myself..somehow. I can't climb up the pallet!!!! This is the second time they're driver has done something like this. As a short, single person, its not helpful! I will be calling the managet.
