Performance Plus Oil Change & Car Wash

A $4 charge was added to my $70 oil change. This is in addition to a $3.99 shop charge. When I questioned the staff member she had absolutely no idea what I was asking about. She called a manager and after several minutes of back and forth I was told it for was a special air filter. I did not request a special oil filter. I have a Chevy Trax, I have brought it here 15-20 times and never been charged for a special oil filter. Crazy way to lose a customer.

I love using the oil change service here. And I am a member of the car wash club. The workers are fast and friendly. Never had a bad experience.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Best oil change experience I have ever had. The owner went above and beyond and left to exchange a wrong item I had purchased from a neighboring store. They said “we treat you like family here” and that couldn’t be more true.

Want top dollar for car wash but when u leave no one dries your car , flips back the mirrors, nothing. Waste of money. Why pay more for less !? Also entire back of car was still dirty. Old owners fantastic new corporate owners garbage. Stay away from the corporate greed -will ruin your vehicle.

All they do is try to upsell.. Their website has a whole list of things they are supposed to do but they don't...asked them if they could check my transmission fluid since they wanted to sell me a fluid change....they said they couldn't find my transmission. That is why teenagers should never be put in charge of touching someones car. EDIT..Checked my oil and they OVERFILLED by a quart..DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!
