Made an appointment a week and a half in advance. I called day before my appointment to make sure they knew i was coming and what work needs done. I was then told the only experienced mechanic for that kind of work made a doctors appointment when he was supposed to fix my car. They then told me they could have someone “somewhat capable” try to fix it. Literally used the words SOMEWHAT CAPABLE. No thanks Ill take my vehicle somewhere that actually keeps track of the appointments made by customers and is more than SOMEWHAT CAPABLE.

They provided excellent service in a quick and straightforward fashion. The person working on my vehicle and the owner at the front desk were both very polite.

So I am an amateur home car mechanic, I don't take my cars to be serviced but maybe every 8-10 years when I get a little puzzled on a problem. Eaton Car Care has always listened and found the problem the first time, and seems to overdeliver on how fast they get the job done. They will not take advantage of you. Good quality shop
