I scheduled an appointment with mike and he was quick to respond and fill me in on any details. My experience with mike was beyond my expectations, he pushed me to use my bank (navy fed) to finance because of the great rates. I had the intention I wasn’t going to be approved due to bad credit, but sure enough after some convincing I went over to my bank and sure enough I got approved in minutes with a great rate! I had my mechanic look at a few cars and found some minor issues with some cars I was interested in, mike had reassured me he will have his mechanic fix any issues. Mike is a good guy and was also a very smooth process purchasing my car, But please make sure to get a pre-inspection. That $200 will go a long way . Instead of paying thousands to fix a repair that wasn’t addressed during purchase.

Mike at Cali Coast was very helpful. He called me to schedule an appointment to meet him and test drive the Tacoma I was interested in. When I arrived I explained what I was looking for in terms of finances and we sat in his office for a couple hours working on getting to numbers I felt comfortable with. Mike was accommodating and made the process very easy. He also stayed pretty late to finish the paperwork and made sure everything was taken care of before I took off in the Tacoma.
