Caliber Auto Glass

Worst experience of my life. DO NOT USE. Caliber Auto Glass completely botched my glass repair. They failed to replace necessary trim strips, left black urethane glue oozing out around the installation, and scratched my paint while removing the rear windshield using their tools. Caliber sent an inspector who agreed the replacement was unacceptable. Despite that, I was repeatedly told it would be “about a month” to correct the issues because they were busy. I’ve called at least three times, each time being told someone would follow up—yet no one ever has. It has now been nearly three months, and nothing has been resolved. I’ve wasted an unreasonable amount of time repeatedly chasing them just to get basic accountability. This has been, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had with

Do not go here! Dropped my truck off at 8 AM for a windshield replacement. Nobody called me on progress until I called them after 12:00pm. The technician said it would be done by 5pm. I drove 30 minutes from my house to pick it up at 5pm and he told me that he could not get to it and I can reschedule for another day! So I wasted over an hour of driving to this place and arranging rides with zero communication and complete incompetence. The very least they could’ve done would’ve been to call me so I didn’t waste mine and other people’s time driving to this place. Terrible communication and service.

Terrible communication. Didn’t keep an appointment today which resulted in wasted hours of driving and time. No call or communication saying they couldn’t replace my windshield. Wasted an entire day.

Efficient, kind, and even went the extra mile to keep my current state park stickers on my windshield after it was replaced. Wonderful service.

The employees at Caliber were a pleasure to work with. I especially need to applaud Dirk for his help and understanding.
