Caliber Collision

Absolutely the worst service and workmanship I have ever experienced in my entire life.PERIOD. I got my car back that wasn’t considered totaled today December 16th. My insurance company dropped it off October 27th exactly 50 days ago. Nothing got fixed correctly. I have tire pressure lights flashing. I am in actual Awh by how bad of an experience this has been. I felt like they had me by the balls for 50 days and I was completely helpless. They did just under 10,000 dollars in repairs. I picked it up. Drove 5 miles down the road and traded it in for 6,000 dollars. Here is some of the workmanship that I noticed in the dark at the gas station. I now have 2 different mirrors the replacement had the writing on it. It’s a bubble mirror. It gives me a headache looking out of it.

Dawn did an amazing job helping me get a piece of my bumper taken off. She was the receptionist and truly helped me as much as she possibly could. She even referred me to someone I could go to for body shop work at a cheaper price without insurance, which I really appreciated. Bruce also did an amazing job with the actual work — everything was handled quickly and professionally. Overall, great service and very kind, helpful staff. I definitely recommend coming here!

What can I say they fixed my car and it looks phenomenal. The inside of my car was trashed since ive been struggling with mental health. They gave me back my car so clean :( bless their hearts. Phenomenal work and crew. Keep of the good work ❤️

I STOPPED BY CALIBER ON S. MAIN ST. DAWN & MARK WERE BOTH BY FAR AMAZING!!!! THEY HELPED IN WAYS YOU COULDNT IMAGINE!! THIS BUSINESS DESERVES TO THRIVE!!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ON POINT COMMUNICATION. THE LOCATION WAS VERY NICE AND WELCOMING.
