This place is awesome. Got my car back earlier than expected. Kept me updated with the progress they were making. No hassle at all. Would highly recommend!

I recently had my car repaired by Caliber Collision in Alcoa, TN and they did an amazing job! Neil Herrin did an outstanding job throughout the process. The work was superb and I received regular updates from Neil. We requested additional repairs not related to the accident and found the additional work and price outstanding. I highly recommend Caliber Collison!

I wish zero stars was an option. Would not recommend!! We went there to get a dent fixed. They told us they were ready and to bring our vehicle in and leave it, went back to pick it up a couple days later and were told they actually only had some parts and would have to bring it back again. Brought it back the second time after multiple communications attempts and they wrecked the truck pulling it in so the step bars had to be replaced now. Had to reach out several times again to get the step bars fixed that they wrecked. Brought it back and asked for at least a discount or something to make it right after having to make three trips there, missing work, and them wrecking the step bars and they were not willing at all to work with us to lower the price or fix anything additional for free.

Once I got over the negative aspect of needing body repair performed on my car, Dan Caplet, Carol Hwang, Rose of Caliber Collision went above and beyond to do everything possible to make this a positive experience. Of course they were courteous and on time, but in addition thoroughly knowledge both of the needs to repair the car and the interface with my insurance company and rental car, everything necessary to miminize any inconvenience. Furthermore, they looked for all possible options to gain the best leverage of the cost of the repair identifying repairs that can be done in conjunction with the claim which improves the overall condition of the car for minimal cost. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
