The more time goes by since pick up the more things start popping out and showing poor craftsmanship. Paint scratches and popping out body parts had to be addressed at time of pickup, and now that weeks have passed I have more issues and never heard back about fixing the repairs. My lower grill is held in with zip ties now causing a warped looked. They did not use O.E.M parts from Ford which is disappointing but it's the poor craftsmanship that is causing all the issues. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HEAR IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT!!!!!!! They will cash your insurance check and send you on your way not satisfied and disappointed. Originally had my truck at the caliber on rosedale but due to insurance reasons rosedale location recommended the airport location. they picked up the truck for me so i didn’t have to drive more out of my way. the communication was seamless and james who took care of us and our truck was absolutely amazing. the repair was flawless and even dropped the truck back off to the other caliber for us to pick up! amazing experience and would 100% recommend

We had an accident on the eve of Christmas 2025 and had our Model Y dropped to this location. We had a really terrible experience with our insurance company but the only saving grace in the whole process before our car was deemed total in early Feb was Caliber Collision. No words for Marvin who was truly was patient and communicative throughout the process. Kudos to Edith for always answering calls and being communicative with the updates. Dale was really helpful in answering our questions when we went to remove the belongings from the car. Overall I know nobody wants to deal with an accident situation but if you have option to choose this business, do not think twice! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just like the stars say. Loved it. These guys definitely take their time to do right by your vehicle. Very communicative. They were with me every step of the way. Even special instructions I gave, they followed to a, "T." My 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz was less than a month off the lot when it was wiped out by a drunk driver. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that my truck completely restored to factory OEM specs. The service advisors were amazing and friendly. They always reached out for a handshake first when I arrived and when I left. I would recommend this collision repair center for anyone who is looking for quality work that they can trust will last.
