Caliber Collision

The repair experience with caliber collision was great. I was kept informed about the state of the repair with regular updates. The repair was completed earlier than expected date. Woody understood my expectations and did an excellent job on the repair. He made sure I had a great experience. I am glad I chose caliber for my repair.

Woody and Sarah were very friendly and helpful in getting me thru the process of repairing my vehicle. Even took care of getting my rental vehicle sorted. The repair was done in a timely manner and looked great. Great communication with periodic text messages to inform of the progress.

I went to have the grill changed out for my vehicle and it was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a body shop. They ordered the body part and on the day the part came in, Mr. Bernal had the service techs install it and within an hour and a half it was ready. Great, Great service!
