Caliber Collision

Brought my car in for some body work after I was rear-ended. This was my first time in an accident and the whole process was remarkably seamless. Dropped off the car, Enterprise rental was near by and did drop off and pick up (5 stars for them too), highly communicative CC team via text, and the car was ready on time and washed! There is also complimentary la croixs in the guest lounge--give the ppl what they want. What a gem of a body shop.

Overall, decent service, and the work was done as originally scheduled. Deducting 2 stars because one of the techs helped himself to my center console, rummaged through my belongings, dug out my sunglasses, took them out of the case, and left unknown residue all over the frame and lenses. Should have more respect for your customers' personal belongings, especially when they entrust you with their vehicles.

I found that every step of the way they kept in contact, let me know what needed to be done and why, and kept me informed about where they were in the process. They were very helpful in organizing rental car arrangements during their work on my car. I appreciated the thoughfulness and efficiency of Dustin and the support of Tatiana regarding securing a rental car.

Amazing and timely service by Andrea and her team! The team at Caliber Collision on Claremont Ave is warm, friendly, informative and they even had my car ready ahead of schedule! Highly recommend!

They do it right, are thorough, extremely quick and go above and beyond. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the area. Even drove my vehicle to me on a Friday right before close. Highly satisfied.
