I don’t often leave reviews, but this is truly my go-to auto shop. Patti and her staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. When my car was hit and I had to deal with insurance, Patti let me leave my car at the shop and was completely understanding of my situation and the my difficulties with the insurance process. I’ve also had my car inspected here before and have had great experiences. They act in the best interest of their customers. I trust them and will absolutely continue coming back.

I just completed my first visit to Patti’s and I will definitely be back! I own an older (much older) vehicle that many places simply will not service. Patti’s was not only willing, but seemed happy to work on an older vehicle. They were very thorough in checking out all critical systems and offered realistic advice about necessary repairs versus things to be aware of and keep an eye on. Patti and Phoebe are very welcoming and customers are met at the door by their friendly pup, who keeps you entertained if you have to wait a few minutes. A great discovery!

I had an excellent experience at Patti's Auto Care! I needed an oil change and transmission fluid change before a trip north, and then there was this faint clunk somewhere under the car that only happened occasionally. I'm pretty experienced with cars, and had only mild concern. Patti is easy to talk to, very sharp, and a highly experienced professional. She cautioned me that the water might be deeper than I thought, and it made crystal clear sense. "We have an opening this afternoon." Wow! Taking on service and diagnostic after lunch?
