I am very pleased with the service I received from Caliber Collision. At least, at this location. I can say that Fernando, Brian & Thomas were extremely helpful and informative. Although there were parts delay, they managed to get my car back in a timely manner! Special thanks to Fernando for the amazing body work on my Atlas! It looks brand new! Overall, communication was seamless. I'll definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family!

I had a pleasure of having my vehicle repaired after an accident. When I called the shop Jessica assisted very nice and professional. She was able to get me an appointment as soon as possible. They also keep you informed daily on the process as your vehicle is being serviced. When I went to pick up my vehicle they did a walk around inspection to make sure you are completed satisfied. They clean your car and the work they done has a warranty on it.

I definitely recommend this place! I did experience a few delays due to parts being delivered late (Obviously NOT their fault) and i did have to leave my car there after the initial repair due to a few issues with the work that was done. BUT they had no problem fixing it up to my satisfaction and they even went out of their way to deliver my car to me since i live out of state. Customer service is amazing as well!
