You all showed professionalism when I was pressed for time. I needed someone to drive me to your location after I returned my rental car. I explained to your front desk employee my situation hoping you all would wait for me to arrive in a Uber a few minutes after closing time.She let me know I can leave my rental car there and they would return it and I can just pay for my repair, they were associated with the rental location I got my rental car from and I was able to move forward on a Saturday before I would have had to wait until Monday, it was the help I needed with the little bit of time I had before they closed for the weekend. Thank you!

My car went into this place due to a failed theft resulting in my steering column and blinker switch needing to be fixed. Geico suggested/recommended them so I was thinking I would get great service. When I got my car back it was pulling to the left and my key fob was no loner working. Took the car back and they did a wheel alignment however I was told we changed the battery in the key fob and it’s still not work so we don’t know. I looked up to see some of the reasons why it could be doing this and all of them led up to the work that was done on my car. They got their money paid in full but my car is not fixed correctly at all. Most definitely made me feel and believe that they don’t care as long as they are paid.

I want to say thank you to Ryan and his team at the Blue Island Location. They did a great job on putting my vehicle back together. I would recommend them to anyone that needs collision repair. Thank you again Team Blue Island.

We were using them through an insurance claim through Allstate. Service was superb and all of our questions were answered. I didn't have a problem with the timeliness of our repair because I have dealt with the repair of this car before and it was almost a month. They let us know what was going on because unfortunately it was a little more than what the initial estimate was going to be. However they took care of everything and the car look brand new. The door had to be replaced and it looked like it had always been there. When we picked up the car the young man showed us everything that was done to it. I would definitely choose this location in Blue Island if I had to do another repair, which I hope I don't.
