Everybody at Caliber I worked with was knowledgeable and available. Had 2 auto body repairs within 1 1/2 month. Quality was very good. Eric was guy in charge, gave me lifts to and from the shop when I didn’t have a car.

Erick was awesome as well as the other staff, very friendly and informative. Car was done several days ahead of the original estimate and the color match was perfect. Highly recommend!

I used Caliber Collision in Campbell, CA a few weeks ago, to replace a damaged front bumper. The repair was completed quickly and looks perfect! And I found the price to be very reasonable. But I particularly was impressed with Erick A., the estimator who assisted us. I felt he showed a very high level of competence, compassion, and honesty in our quote and in the follow-thru. He then went well "above and beyond" to rectify one minor issue, and I highly recommend him. His management should be glad to have him on staff, representing this location!
