Caliber Collision

I brought my 10-month-old vehicle to Caliber after a deer unfortunately jumped into the side of my vehicle. I had previously used Caliber in Virginia while I was stationed there, and they did a fantastic job on my wife’s vehicle. Because of that experience, I had zero hesitation in trusting them again. The process started out smoothly—they accepted my vehicle quickly. Unfortunately, the fender needed was on backorder for some time. Once the part came in, I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Since I had to pick it up after hours on my way into work, nobody was available to walk me through the repairs. Upon a quick glance, I immediately noticed issues: fisheyes and orange peel in the paint, panel misalignment, paint runs, debris in the paint, and even touch-up paint applied

10 out of 10. Highly recommend this body shop. Efficient updates and my vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. Work was perfect- could not even tell I had damage. One PSA : don’t bring cash. They do not accept cash, only check or card (which was totally my fault for not reading the fine line). If I ever need any work done on any other vehicles, they will have my business again.

I selected Calliber Collision because of the excellent ratings on Google and its location was convenient to my home in Hampstead, NC. The customer service was superb from start to finish. They kept you in the loop with the entire process with text messages and car was complete sooner than estimated date of completion. My car came back looking brand new and very clean! Paint was matched up perfectly and all seams from new parts were lined up perfectly. Here are some before and after photos! The first photos are the completed job. My front bumper was replaced as well as the hood and front corner panel and entire right side of car was painted. I would highly recommend Caliber Collison in Castle Hayne for your auto body repairs.

My family and I are good drivers, I assure you. In spite of that completely accurate and true statement we have had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision on three occasions. Each time they were helpful, calming, friendly, and quick. The only complaint that I could have is that the repair was so good that the part of the car they did not work on looked dull in comparison to the part that they fixed. 10/10 would damage my car again so I could get it repaired here

Left chemical with a horrible smell that spilled in the back of the teuck bed. I hadnt noticed because the truck cover was on, im assuming they did it so i wouldn’t notice the chemical spill. I’ve contacted them twice and sent an email and haven’t received any information as to why.
