Rex & Sons RV

I was so frustrated and honestly heartbroken when we left this dealership this past Monday We arrived there for the first time last Friday to view an RV. I had been in touch a few days before asking that they have service records ready for us when we arrived. Especially since it was on their rental fleet. They had nothing ready for us. Brett was very friendly however and worked hard to get that info for us. When it came time to negotiate numbers (private inspection contingent), Jonathan was brought in. Jonathan seemed to be annoyed with the negotiation and negated everything we said or brought up. But we finally agreed to wait and see what the inspector said Jonathan felt that the inspector was going be a big issue for him. Which is fine but why would it be if the rv was supposedly wel

I took my 2013 Winnebago 30J in for a bad slide motor and a roof inspection. The service trip was quick and everyone I delt with was very professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice. I learned a lot about my rig and appreciate everyone's help from Rex & Sons!

Traded campers with Rex and Sons. Had an excellent experience. All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff went over everything in detail. We requested extra stuff added installed that day. Went over the hitch in detail. We had purchased a camper years ago from them. We highly recommend this dealer for all your needs. We hit it right at Rex and son’s. We found the perfect trailer. That was only half of our good fortune. The people who work here are incredibly helpful. They walked us through the entire process inside the trailer. More importantly they tirelessly helped us with the hooking and unhooking of the camper. At first we thought it was complicated and we were a little nervous. After going over the process and taking notes we feel confident to drive to our next destination. A little shout out for Saul. He has the patience of a saint. He took time and showed us the best way to utilize the back up camera. Which he installed. Johnathan, Travis and Brett run a terrific family business.
