Spiffy

I had my car washed and waxed today by Arthur from Spiffy, and he did a fantastic job. His attention to detail was outstanding—he took the time to make sure every part of the car looked its best. The car looks spotless and feels like new. Great service, super convenient, and well worth it!

This is the second time I’ve used them for my vehicles and they are fantastic. Customer service is excellent and their dedication to quality work is commendable. I highly recommend.

Arthur did a great job detailing my car. What I appreciated most was how he didn’t let me choose the higher detail package I thought I needed. I really appreciate him not trying to over charge me. My kind of customer service. I highly recommend Spiffy!

everything is very good. but rims and wheels I am still not satisfied. I looked closely and the inside was still not clean

Scheduled an appointment with what it looks like plenty of open slots. When the show time came around no one came and no one reached out. 15-20 minutes past the appointment I call them finally and was told that there are no appointments and that I was on a waiting list. That is completely unacceptable! No communication and no courtesy to accomplish me while I need to reach out to them when they should inform me when they would come by. Been told that everything is booked until Monday even though there were plenty of slots open when booking! That is very misleading and dishonest towards the customer! Very disorganized company. Will prefer to go somewhere else where the customer is important to get one’s business!
