Caliber Collision

I have been a resident Of Chester all my life. The services rendered to my Nissan Rogue was exceptional at the Caliber Collision on ninth Street the Boss, the staff and everyone that assisted in preparing my car were very professional,, kind, and courteous. My car looks brand new and I appreciate the care and attention they put into it. I recommend them to everyone, Caliber Collision on the corner of ninth and Engle Street . Had my car repaired here recently, and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. They were kind, friendly, did great work, and most important did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Would totally recommend caliber. Special shout out to Tom and Ray who handled my case like I was a real person and not just a number.

Very disappointing experience. I was required to pay before being allowed to inspect my vehicle, and after checking it, I noticed several damages had not been repaired. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I needed to open another insurance claim because they hadn’t even noticed the issues. My vehicle had a bullet impact on the rear door, which damaged the interior panels and vents. They tried to claim the damage came from inside the door, which made no sense. On top of that, when I picked up my car, cables were left exposed. After they “fixed” it, my sensors and rear camera stopped working. Another shop later confirmed the cables had been pulled and disconnected. I ended up paying more and still had to take my vehicle somewhere else to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend

These guys did a GREAT job. Very proffessional and definitely made a bad situation better. They got the car repaired to brand new and even detailed the interior which was a nice surprise, They got it done ahead of schedule which was a god send being that we were paying for our rental I highly reccommend them to anyone!!!!!

Great experience overall, the work they did on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. The manager Ray was great, very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
