I met my mechanic from the dealer I purchased my car from. I have been using him every since. Spencer is awesome, he always always make sure the customer is satisfied, he do not nickel and dime you, and you do not feel taken advantage of. He is reliable, aims at getting the job done. He answers his phone and gets back to you. If I tell him I am coming and don't go because I'm tired, he'll follow up and assist with getting the car to the shop.
