Charles was the best help when I got a flat tire on the way to the airport. He said he would be there in thirty minutes and he showed up in less than five. He skipped picking up his lunch and getting gas because I mentioned feeling scared sitting on the side of 95 with cars flying by so close to my car. I was actually terrified for him as he hooked the car up to the truck. Charles was great company on the way to have my tire replaced as we talked about his love for his children and family.
