Excellent experience from start to finish. Minor back end repair with bumper replaced, I was walked through every step by Sean, and he kept me updated with communication via text and voice messages. The rental car handoff was flawless and was a pleasant transaction. The body work that was done is absolutely perfect and beautifully matched. I am grateful for the attention to detail and outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!

Received my vehicle back with scratches throughout the trunk, work boot foot prints throughout the vehicle. Associate stated it couldn’t be from them, (my car was there for 3 weeks) these pictures were taken in parking lot of the business! And the car smelled horrible. Avoid this place.

Caliber did an outstanding job fixing the front end of my car. Looks like new as you can see from the before and after photos. Plus they kept me in the loop almost daily so I always knew what was happening and what’s next, etc. it’s nice to know there’s a body shop out there that does a great job and has excellent customer service too. Hopefully I never need this again but if I do I’m coming back to Caliber.

Caliber did a great job on my German. Sean was awesome and was super pleasant to work with. The rest of the team kept me informed and updated. Will definitely be coming back for any future body work.

Highly recommend Caliber after being referred after auto accident, their work is exceptional, staff is fantastic. Our car was completed sooner then we anticipated and we were worried about the paint and they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Caliber in the future, hopefully not under the same circumstances. Thanks for being the light through this journey.
