Mya is the greatest! From start to finish, she was incredibly communicative and kept me updated on every step of the repair process. I took my Honda Crosstour to Caliber Collision following an accident that occurred on 2/13/26. The staff was very pleasant and I felt very confident in leaving my car in their hands. While I was told it would take about two weeks to complete the repairs, it ended up taking four. When I got the car back I discovered there was a crack in the windshield. I called Caliber to tell them of the crack and was told that it had nothing to do with the accident and it likely happened as a result of the extreme cold. Here’s the thing about that though. In all of the 12+ years I have owned the car, I have never turned on the heat on the passenger side. When I got in the car for the first time with a passenger they complained of the extreme heat. Had zero problems with these guys. They signed me up, got to work, kept me in the loop the whole time. They even finished a day early and washed my floormats! Not to mention their price estimate was around $1000 less than others within a five mile radius. I'd definitely visit again for any of my vehicle's needs!

Great customer service. Got my vehicle back very quickly, earlier than the estimated time. Service advisors kept me up to date. Did an excellent job on repairs

Terrible. Car went in on 11/24 and still is not complete. Was given an initial estimate of about two weeks. The estimated date has now changed ten times. Was also told the initial two week estimate was given “because that’s what insurance wants to hear” and this type of repair takes two to three months. We were told two weeks. Our business was induced by information that was knowingly wrong. Never again.
