They do fabulous work! I had to have them fix my van No issues after. Because of the amazing, great work they did on my van, 8 months later, when I needed my car fixed after an accident, I asked for my car to go there. My car came back clean, runs with zero problems, the body work looks like it was never in a wreck! BRAND NEW! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient. Caliber Collison is quick and efficient with communication. They updated me every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Very professionaI. Insurance paid but not not badly priced. They took great care of me and my vehicles! I definitely recommend Caliber Collison of Columbus!
My advisor was Kat and she was absolutely AMAZING through the whole process! She kept me informed, answered every question I had, was very knowledgeable, and has the best customer service! Because of her I would definitely return (hopefully I never have to haha) and recommend Caliber Collision.
I was very impressed with the team’s attention to detail and care of my vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly perfect. When parts were backordered or defective from the manufacturer, they ensured to inform me right away and fix the issue as soon as possible. The transparency and customer care from the team was impeccable.
After a fender bender, our insurance recommended that we take our car to Caliber Collision for repair. They got our car in quickly and communicated everything with us in each step of the process. You can tell that everyone there cares about the customer. We only have one car so we needed a rental. Caliber coordinated with Enterprise so that they brought our rental car to Caliber when we dropped off our car for repair...nice!!
Caliber was amazing, great priced even though my insurance paid for it, I still paid attention to charges. Customer service was amazing and they guarantee their work, which means they know what they are doing. I would come back in a heart beat even if insurance wasn’t paying the bill! Value for your money for sure!
