Heritage Automotive Sales in Columbus

Very satisfying experience for my new to me vehicle purchase. They were knowledgeable of different makes and models to provide feedback as to what vehicles would be a good fit for me. Everyone was friendly to me during the purchasing process.

We had a great experience with Heritage! We got a great deal for our trade in. Staff is very kind and helpful, walking us through the whole process, making it stress-free. Overall a very smooth and positive experience!

Great service! All the staff were super friendly and willing to help out in any way they could. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Am very satisfied with the deal on a great vehicle. Was treated very fairly

Had a great buying experience with Keith, Erica, and Kelsey while purchasing a car with my daughter. Very welcoming and friendly laid back atmosphere. We left feeling like we were treated fairly and received a fair deal as well. I enjoyed the family atmosphere and left knowing we will go there first when we need our next car. Thanks, Steve

Heritage Automotive made buying my son’s first car such a great experience. The car was spotless inside and out, and you could tell right away how well they care for their vehicles. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which really meant a lot for such an important milestone. I’m grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend Heritage Automotive to anyone looking for a clean, reliable vehicle and excellent customer service.
