Caliber Collision – Conyers, GA (Dogwood Location) On January 3rd, my 2018 Lexus ES350 was rear-ended while stopped in traffic at roughly 45–50 mph. The impact was strong enough to push the tailpipe inward and jolt the entire vehicle. I dropped my car off at Caliber on January 15th, expecting a thorough diagnosis and proper repairs. I can definitely see how people can have a good experience here. Briana is pleasant and attentive. I picked up my car and noticed the trunk did not close properly. I had to return it and got a horrible rental car from enterprise which worsened the situation. My wife noticed many issues with the bumper and after many conversations and returns to the “shop” I now have a car that resembles what it did prior to the accident. Had my Dodge truck repaired and painted by Caliber in Conyers and it was awesome. The rental and the customer service from Hannah, made things soooooo much easier than I expected it to be. It’s nice to have something go so good after my daily driving world was smashed to pieces by someone else.
