I had such a great experience. I was able to bring my car in the same day I called. The customer service was so friendly and helpful. They communicated with my insurance which made the process even easier. I received updates throughout the whole time my car was there. I also received my car back a week earlier than expected looking brand new. Taylor was so helpful and made me comfortable with all the repairs that were necessary for my car.

Recently had my bumper replaced here and the work was amazing. The technicians did a great job and the customer service rep Taylor was fantastic. Communication including drop off, work updates and pick up was amazing. Any other concerns I had were quickly and efficiently handled by upper management. Would definitely recommend getting your vehicles body work done here.

Didn't do a thorough job, unfortunately. Missed a chip in the door or created it while in the shop. Didn't wash the truck, left bed covered in sanding dust and writings on the roof of the truck. They ordered rem caps but apparently they haven't received them yet. I'm sure the rem caps are in the shop somewhere and misplaced. I never got a call with an update after 3 weeks dropping off my truck. I finally got it back after four weeks with incomplete work and a dirty truck.

Great experience all around. Having a vehicle repaired for damages is never fun, but the people at Caliber made it as stress free as it could be. Great communication, text updates every step of the way, friendly employees, and timely turnaround time for repairs. Zero complaints! Thanks Ashton, Taylor, and the woman whose name I missed that works the front desk. Y'all were great!

No stars I had the absolute worst experience at caliber. I had extensive suspension damage to my charger. Upon receiving my vehicle back, they failed to tighten my control arms. Went back was fixed. A few weeks later there was another issue, took it back for steering shift noise, was told it was the fire protection material undercarriage. Paint and body work was trash. The 2 places of repair and repaint looks like a 2 year old completed the work. Four thousand dollars later and several major issues missed and with my own money, not the insurance companies my car is back to normal. The front desk people are great, but upon returning twice, Tommy the service advisor acted irritated and disinterested and very unprofessional and disrespectful which I didn't appreciate. I have a life time warr
