Personal Touch Minute Lube

Had a very poor experience today. Brought a van from my work that is part of Enterprise program to get an oil change. I called first before bringing it and they said they worked with Enterprise and to come on in. When I got there they serviced the vehicle without verifying if they took the Enterprise program we are involved with. When it came to pay, found out he was not familiar with the program we used and the manager became very short with me and argumentative. I had Enterprise reach out to him by phone and he indeed was on the program and got paid. But he refused future service in our vehicles. Not sure why he wanted to turn down business but he lost my business and I won’t recommend anyone to visit here. Too bad because in the past I have loved this place.

Took a 2001 Honda Accord to get an oil change. Was told they didn't have the machine to remove the oil from the top and didn't have a part to remove the drain plug so they "don't want to messed with it"... If you can't change the oil on a 2001 Honda Accord you shouldn't be in business. Drive across the street to Walmart and 20 minutes later I had new oil in the car.

3PM and 60 degree this team is all inside bay doors down refusing to come out to assist. Bunch of lazy employees. Steer clear and safe yourself the trouble.

Roland and the team were FAST, FRIENDLY & FAIR. Suggested services but was extremely customer-centric. The price for my Toyota Tundra oil change and inspection was more affordable than I had anticipated! Will continue to go here.

Second time to visit this shop. Came in for an oil change. Good professional service with friendly staff. The waiting room and bathroom is clean and organized which makes the short wait easier. Quick oil change! I’m very pleased with my experience.
