I just got my truck back today. The Caliber Collision Team did some body work on my truck and they did a flawless job!! It only took them a week!!!! I worked with John very professional, knowledgeable, great communication. The entire process was flawless from beginning to end with constant updates, and great customer service. I’ve had work done previous Caliber Collision and was satisfied with the job then so came back with my wife’s car that had minor damage. Caliber provided an estimate and timeframe to do the job. The job was done in less time and less cost than estimated. Also, the 2012 Mercedes CLS 550 looked better than when it was new inside and out. We recently briugh our car to Caliber Collision for autobody repair. John handled our repair and took extra care not to accept inferior parts. He returned a used bumper authorized by the insurance campany, as it was poor quality and he did not think it was right to use it on our car. He ordered a new one and the repair looks great. What a nice surprise to find that our car had been vacuumed, the interior wiped clean, and the car washed and waxed! John takes pride in his work! This was the first time we have used them, and highly recommend this company!

I can’t praise Caliber Collision enough, they did an amazing job fixing my rear bumper that another person damaged. John, the service advisor, ordered the parts quickly to get me back on the road in my vehicle. I left my car my rental vehicle with Caliber Collision and they took care of that too. Caliber Collision is a very professional and customer service oriented business. I highly recommend.
