I had such a terrific experience yesterday with Jeff at Cottonwood Hyundai. He listened to all of my wants when it came to what vehicle I wanted and had the perfect vehicle ready when I got there. Chris met us right away when we first entered the showroom with a smile, firm handshake and a offer of coffee or water. He showed us the full line up of cars and promptly got us a test drive of the product. Paul lent a hand on answering questions about the product line that Chris wasn't 100% sure about. We also bumped into Jeff, who also was helpful in helping Chris in answering any question about the product. I was surprised to see a group of salesmen so willing to work as a team to answer my questions (as I had a lot of them).
