Car Care by Henri

Have a 1972 Volks Super Beetle. It had an alternator issue which I couldn't diagnose. I heard about Henri through some folks with Verde Valley VW's so I set an appointment. Henri quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the alternator and battery, changed the points and timed the engine. Very efficient work, carefully done, and was very upfront about his estimate and the timeline for completing the work. When I picked up the car, Henri and his sons gave their advice about next steps to further improve the car and prolong its life. Pauline was also very helpful and pleasant hrough the process. I will definitely be making more appointments at Car Care by Henri!

The service I received all around was exceptional. I took my Honda today for repair for a code that was showing as a B rocker arm actuator. Henri advised that it was in fact the pressure sensor and took the time to explain to me the issue. Henri is very professional, friendly, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, in addition to be being a superb mechanic. Pauline, the office manager, is a sweetheart and an absolute delight to work with and both of them are helpful, kind and truly care about their customers. Pauline also offered to drop my car off. I cannot recommend Car Care by Henri enough - all the team are second to none.

Pauline was the most delightful receptionist I've come across in a long time. She was cheerful, and informative. Two sweet dogs were walking around the office...loved it. Anybody who has a love for dogs usually are kind, honest folks. I was notified promptly and price of repairs were discussed over the phone and there were no surprises. Thank you Car Care by Henri for repairing the beetle I bought for bday present!!!! What a day! What a surprise fir my grandson.

Henri is an amazing mechanic. He brought my 1969 MGB back to life after it sat not running in my garage for 22 years. He and his wife and son run a great shop, he's honest as the day is long, and is very reasonable in his rates. He tells you what you need and doesn't fool around. His shop looks like a classic car museum a lot of the time. I think he's a wizard and a "keeper of special knowledge" about British sports cars. We're very lucky to have him in the Verde Valley and in Arizona. Sorry Henri, but you can never retire, we need you too much!

Henri knows VW's ! They replaced my alternator on my 2002 VW Beetle Diesel. He has a great staff there with him. I am so glad to have found them.
