Caliber Collision

We have been well-impressed with Caliber Collision! I was side-swiped in my blindside during rush-hour traffic. The collision left a long crushed streak from the middle of my driver’s door to the end of my rear bumper, including scraping the rear tire and wheel. These folks did a wonderful job repairing this problem. The only thing they could have done better would have been to fix the front bumper where a competitor had not lined it up correctly following a prior accident. I asked them to repair that at my cost, and it appears they forgot about that. Not a huge deal, I just hate that it doesn’t quite line up. Overall, outstanding customer service representatives, and high quality work! I know the Ruby Pearl Flare paint is very hard to match, and these folks did a tremendous job at that

Their customer service is top tier. I was rear ended a couple months back and the other parties insurance wanted to send me to someone in deep Salem for repairs. I changed it to the Dallas Caliber Collision and am SO happy I did. They got me in within a couple days, had the rental on site ready to go for me and texted me daily with updates and what they were handling that day with my SUV. Everyone was so friendly and thorough, and I got my SUV back washed and vacuumed! I travel a lot and spend so much time in my car, so this little detail meant a lot to me. Thank you!!

Someone backed into my SUV, causing body damage. I stopped in at Caliber Collision the next morning, before work. Christian came out, took some pictures, asked some questions and had a preliminary estimate in my inbox in a few hours. Once I got the go ahead from insurance, they took care of everything, including having a rental car ready onsite, so I didn't need a second driver. They coordinated with the insurance adjuster, texted me updates during the process, did a great job with matching the paint, and lining up the parts, and even detailed it for me. The best experience I've ever had with a body shop.

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “above and beyond”, and that is what you can expect from Jerry and be his amazing crew. They’ve done work before on my car and I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair. The level of customer care and service is what sets Jerry and Caliber Collision apart. Today he stepped away from a meeting to take care of a family member whose had a minor issue their car. Jerry and one of his employees had them back on the road in minutes with a minor fix.
