Mark and the Team at The Car Shop in Dallas Oregon, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible work you and your crew did on my truck. While driving on the freeway, my left front tire suddenly started making terrible noises—like a flat—but it quickly turned into violent shaking and vibrating, with warning lights flashing. I managed to pull over safely and discovered the wheel was visibly tilted inward. I immediately called you, Mark, and had the truck towed to your shop. Your team jumped right in and thoroughly diagnosed the issue: a complete failure of the left front wheel bearing that had caused serious damage to the rotor, brake pads, and wheel speed sensor. You didn’t stop there—you replaced the entire hub bearing assembly, rotor, brake pads, wheel spe

Mark and his crew are honest, that is just second nature to him, something that is not always a given with other shops(personal experience). Mark has worked on all of our trucks, from the 1989 ford to the newest fleet member. We trust him with whatever our fleet needs, from maintenance to repairs. We know it will get fixed at a fair rate. As a small business we rely on our trucks to be serviced and ready for the daily tasks and cannot afford for them to be down long, Mark understand that and gets things done. We drive our vehicles from Salem to Dallas, and are thankful for this Dallas gem, without them we’d be a mess.

For the last 8+ years we have taken our vehicle to the dealership for service. Now that our warranty is up, we decided to look for a repair shop closer to home. The Car Shop has great reviews and came highly recommended. We took our vehicle in for service. Mark and his crew are great. I definitely recommend them.

I needed a new place to transfer care of my car over to and picked this business based on the positive reviews. I came back here to say I am so happy with my service today! I really appreciated how awesome and down to earth the staff were and how they took the time to explain things to me. I really appreciated the local, family business feel and loved seeing that everyone that came in had positive and friendly conversation. I definitely recommend people come here and am happy to support a business like this. Much better experience then the dry, closed off dealership service.

As a girl there are definitely places that will lie to you about what’s wrong with your car to get more money from you but the car shop is not that kind of place. They are honest and hardworking. Every time I’ve taken my car here they do great work and their prices are very reasonable. They don’t try and push any unnecessary stuff on you or anything like that. I’d give them more stars if I could!
