Caliber Collision

I recently took my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Dickson City, Pa . The staff are some of the friendliest people you could hope to do business with. The repair process was throughly explained. My assigned Service Advisor Rich Kanuik was excellent. Rich kept me informed of necessary repairs, cost estimates and repair progress. I would recommend this business to anyone who finds themselves in need of collision repairs.

I hit a deer despite my best efforts and cracked my grill and had some scratches on the side and hood. My insurance company had this place as recommended so I went there. Every bit of the repair process was well communicated. The person I was dealing with, Cathy, was professional and kind, and went out of her way to assure me that the car would be good as new. And it was. The car was cleaned inside and out post repair as well. Incredibly impressed with this place. Highly recommend!

A deer and I had an entanglement only a few weeks before I had to leave out of state with my son for surgery. These absolutely incredible and wonderful people worked their butts off for me to get my car back in time. The end result was absolutely beautiful with my car, cleaned out inside and out, and an amazing job on extensive damage. They kept me informed of everything along the way. Even had my car done earlier than expected. I’ve gone here a couple times between my car and my mom‘s and it’s always been an amazing experience. Will never go anywhere else!

My car was brought here for front end repairs after an accident. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond expectations in all aspects. Will absolutely use them again if needed and recommend anyone else to use them as well!
