To start, I don't normally write bad reviews. But the owner at Manasek has a real problem with customer service. I called about purchasing a car battery and spoke on the phone for a few minutes. He was not very helpful as he did not want to provide any additional service other than selling me a battery. (Like checking my battery to determine whether it needed to be changed.) He said I probably needed a new one since it was five years old. So I went over to the shop and found him blabbing with a customer about military and policing. After a few minutes I asked for less talking. Okay, that might have put him in a bad mood, but I then apologized for interrupting. I explained I was here to purchase the battery. The one the only true auto parts store for over 27 years! They rebuilt my guage cluster for my Volkswagen in under 48 hours!!

Great spot to get everything cheap

Fair prices. Great guy who owns and mans the store. Very knowledgeable and honest. Ordered parts come very fast.

They were trying to price gouge on masks during the pandemic. Selling a box of 50 masks for $60 when they were available on Amazon and eBay for less than $5 2025 edit. Found these guys listed on PublicSquare. If you don't know what that is please educate yourself and make sure you are spending your money wisely. Why any business would choose to align themselves towards any political affiliation is beyond me. Great way to alienate half of the potential customer base available to you. I'll never set foot in there now that's for sure.
