I would like to thank the staff here at mavis in Dickson city pa for the work they’ve done to all of my companies fleet vehicles they are kind courteous and respectful they actually greet you as soon as you walk through the door I’ve been other Mavis locations previously and received poor service and attitude. I also would like to thank them for the work they done to my vehicle during closing as soon as I left, there was a nail stuck in my tire, due to roadwork being conducted outside of their premises on the main street and Mavis was about to close in five minutes. I reached out to them and gave them my concern, they delayed their closing time for me to come back and to help me with that problem and patch in my tire. This was my 3rd experience with Mavis in Dickson City. All three times have been pleasant, quick and painless. Never once tried to “upsell me” being a female, this is HUGE! Even during the one visit when I was only there for the free brake and battery check appointment. The service guys there are great and I would recommend this place to ANY single female who has had bad experiences with other chain service centers trying to take advantage of them.

SERVICE - STATE INSPECTION I would give 3.5 stars due to some communication issues earlier, but I'll gladly round it up! I'm not sure if it's a state issue or Mavis one, but TWICE I was informed from two different people that my inspection had to be suddenly cancelled and rescheduled to other days due to sudden lack of staff. This was not very convenient, especially the 2nd time. Then, when I went to another Dickson City location (Business US 6 across from Safelite) which was the closest to my apartment since I thought my appointment was there, that guy told me that I was at the wrong location and tracked me to this one while informing myself that they won't be able to inspect anything for a month.
