Caliber Collision

We had a fender bender with our 2020 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. We had the front fender replaced by Caliber Collision (covered by insurance). Our caseworker at Caliber was Christian Prieto. It was an expensive fix. But beyond that Christian missed damage to the front grill and the latch that triggers the engine hood to be opened. We took it back a day after we picked it up from Caliber. Christian/Caliber would not accept that they had missed it and claimed it was from something (total lies). They are not trustworthy - I would recommend looking at another shop.

Rudy & Nica were super helpful when I had brought in my car to be repaired after an accident back in October 2025. Made the process super easy and low stress. Will be back at this location (if needed!!)

Albie and his crew did a superb job repairing a huge scratch on our brand new SUV. The job was so good you couldn’t even tell anything happened to it. The paint match was perfect. And trim was also replaced. Albie spoke to us and gave us a time line of when we would have the vehicle back. Him and his crew got the vehicle ready for pick up days earlier than expected. That’s was a huge help to get it back asap. We are completely satisfied with the customer service provided and the great repair work that was done. I went to them to get an estimate on a bumper repair since my car was damaged in the flood due to the other driver not being able to control their vehicle in the rain, they gave me a very reasonable quote along with a quick turn-around time, I opted for the special clear coat and factory matched paint job. I will contact my insurance company today and will bring the car in for the repair. I am confident they will do a good job since they have many cars on site with stellar reviews. This place is very welcoming with skilled technicians.
