5 and I’m super serious. I wish I could give them a 10. I went to the Florence location because I needed an estimate to fix a paint job. A man came out with two small towels and buffed it out for free!!! The before pictures have the white strips of paint and after have no white spots. He was so nice to me. My mother went to them in the past for a collision fix and gave her a free estimate along with expected accurate timing for fixing the car. Thank you caliber collision.

First off I want to say that after I picked my vehicle up and left the parking lot I immediately started having more troubles with it. Secondly, there were tap screws all over the driver side, passenger side, and backseat of the car. It’s not only myself, but my children also write in this vehicle. Someone chewed up gum, put it in a wrapper and left it in the center console. There was a grease stain on my dashboard where someone ate, decided not to clean up after their self. I chose this Caliber Collision location for a repair in December 2022. When I picked up my car, a 'Keyless Access' warning appeared on the dashboard before I even left the block. I was told to let it 'give it a couple of days,' but the issue did not go away. When I brought it back, I was told it would be a 30-minute fix. They kept my car for over four days. After this, I began to notice several new issues. There was now a loud wind noise from the door at highway speeds, and I found scratches on my window tint on doors that were not even part of the original repair. After getting into a fender bender, I had my car towed to Caliber Collision. They did a fantastic job repairing and paint matching my car. It looks like new and runs very smooth.
