Caliber Collision

I had great customer service from the front desk to the person handling my claim. I got updates about every 2 days and my vehicle was ready on the date provided. I went through my insurance for repairs so I'm not sure if pricing was comparable to others but service was amazing at the Goldsboro location.

Caliber Collision is a place with excellent customer service. The receptionist was very kind and cheerful with customers, providing enthusiastic consultation and clear guidance. The staff who received the car was also the same. And finally, they completed the work faster than promised and returned the car to the customer ahead of schedule.

I used the Goldsboro NC location for some collision repair. I was overly concerned about repairs and time frame being completed properly and timely. The estimator kept me in the loop every step of the way. He showed a lot of confidence in the technicians which was a welcome change from other shops. I try my hardest to pick the car apart and find flaws when it was completed.....I found none. Perfection every step of the way.

First thing first other companies can learn from this location The customer service is by far the best I have found in a very long time the workmanship the best !!!

They did a great job on my car. It looks new after the repair.
