Caliber Collision

I was in a recent accident where the other driver hit me. The passenger side of my car needed to be completely replaced and the service I received was fast and well done. The staff member that greeted me was very good at explaining the whole process and what to expect from the insurance company. Also, it was so convenient to be next to Enterprise to be able to pick up a rental.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid Caliber Collision in Harrison at all costs! They had my new Ford Ranger over a month and a half for simple bumper and minor rear panel body repair. Somehow they managed to damage my new truck even more on multiple occasions due to the techs being a bunch of hacks. My tailgate was scratched on two separate occasions due to the techs not installing the torsion bar correctly. With the torsion bar being installed incorrectly multiple times, it has caused irreversible damage to the metal under the truck bed as well. Pictures are added with the timestamps of the damage. They try to blame Ford for the problem until I showed that the clip for the torsion bar was modified by a tech. Lack of accountability and/or awareness at this body shop. They claim they

I got in a hit-and-run in late November and I took my car to caliber collision to get fixed and it turned out better than when I bought the car. It looks brand new again. They even give it a wash after they have finished their work I cannot recommend them enough the ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful as well!

I was able to get scheduled quickly. The front staff was very friendly. During the repairs, I would receive text messages keeping me update on the service. I received a call when it was ready to be picked up. When I got there I was in and out and the gentleman showed me what was fixed. Very helpful

Wonderful customer service! Caliber repaired my Blazer after a hit-skip. The paint job is better than I expected and they fixed it before my scheduled pickup. Excellent work done by their team. I'm highly satisfied. My SUV was glistening like new. Thanks Caliber!!
