It was great! Friendly, pleasant and didn't wait long. I was given a jeep which did have much gas, told I could pay for what was there, which was only a few $'s and I could bring it back on empty. I recently rented a car from this location and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. • When I arrived, the parking lot was overcrowded, with cars double-parked and even parked on the grass. • I asked if a lot technician could drop me at my residence less than 1.5 miles away (a round trip of 10 minutes or less) but was told this would take too much time—even though Enterprise advertises a pick-up and delivery service. • When I received my rental, the gas tank was only half full. I was offered the option to wait while a technician filled it, which seemed inconsistent given the earlier refusal to provide a ride. • The car itself was not very clean, with droppings on the exterior. • Upon returning the rental (with more fuel than I received on 10/30), I discovered new damage to my o

My husband and I were 12 hours late returning a rental car which we had for one week. We paid for their insurance which was $300 and they charged us to Dollar deposit. When we came back and return the car they ended up charging us for a whole weekend's rental for being 12 hours late. Now they will not return our calls. Because they know that they were wrong for charging us$360 for being 12 hours late. They are the worst car service I have ever dealt with. Do not rent from them. There are other rental car companies that are much better and cheaper. And to let you know my wife has 10 million people on tiktok. and 8 million on YouTube and Snapchat. So she is going to let all her viewers know what kind of place Enterprise is.

I still have not received my full refund, or deposit for that matter!!! I picked up a jeep from your Harrison, OH place, doing a 1 way to Ft. Wayne. Immediately upon the door being opened there was an awful smell in the car. Chemical like. I asked about it and was told that it had just been cleaned, that it'll dissipate. By the time I got home to Ft. Wayne, I had a migraine and was throwing up, my sinuses were all stuffy also. I was sick into the next day also. All windows were down entire trip. Ft wayne enterprise smelled it and stated that OH will give me 100% full refund. Well i still haven't even gotten my deposit back from them! Were now on day 5 and nothing! I will make sure the public knows how enterprise treats there customers in the Harrison, Ohio office!!!
