Caliber Collision

I had an accident a couple of weeks ago and took my vehicle to Caliber Collision. As a former insurance adjuster, I can confidently say the service here is exceptional. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Gabby, Fred Canen, and the entire team were professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. My vehicle looks even better now than when we bought it brand new three years ago. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing quality body work.

Was referred here by our insurance after a minor accident. Everyone from the front desk person to my repair contact to the guy who brought my car around were kind, helpful and considerate. The repairs were flawless and the car was exceptionally clean when I picked it up. And our car was even ready several days early!

I have had several repairs on vehicles in the last 5 years done by this location. Always very professional and communicative throughout the process. The last visit we had an issue with an estimate that didn't match the work that was supposed to be done. It came in much more than the one I saw. The GM made it right and honored the original estimate. He made no excuses and did the right thing. I know they took a substantial loss on that work. But they did the honorable thing. I highly recommend the team here.

Came for estimate and repair to my Toyota fj cruiser. To get the business they were nice and easy to contact one they had my vehicle customer service disappeared. They don’t not contact me on anything and every time i called i was informed i would get a call back. Never happened. Don’t go here

Unfortunately hit a deer and had front end damage to my truck. As soon as I entered the building for my scheduled insurance appointment, I was greeted right away. The staff was extremely friendly and informative through out the entire process from start to finish. Kevin and his team also advised me on the rental and a timeframe of how long it may take. We had several third party parts, MODS and customization to our truck. Upon picking it up we were very happy and amazed that the truck looked exactly how it did before we hit the deer. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any repair work.
