Brenda- very nice Manager- very nice Georgeanne- condescending, nasty, told me I’m “taking advantage” of them by my car being there for 4 days. LOL!!! This being after Brenda nicely told me to pick my car up “whenever”. I am busy dealing with my father’s sudden death and managing his estate and this was not my top priority. Terribly sorry. You have some balls to threaten me with a storage fee after you would not repair my bumper, couldn’t replace my bumper, and were not willing to unbend and straighten out my grille mesh and reattach it, which I did by myself at home in 10 mins. Threatening me was their retaliation for my writing a bad review. There are plenty of other poor reviews of this shop too. Thank you Georgeanne for letting me take advantage of your business! What a joke

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Marlton. They did an awesome job on my car and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The entire process took about a week and a half, which I thought was very reasonable. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the repair. My car looks as good as new, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Marlton to anyone needing repairs.

I was told my wife's car was finished and ready to pick up. We returned the rental and took the car home only to realize the part had not been installed correctly. I took the car back the next day. After Sal corrected the error I noticed new damages on the part that was replaced. I pointed it out to Sal and he responded by saying " Don't worry that part is rubber. It wont rust". If you are looking for a professional shop that does professional work, I definitely would not recommend this place. The best thing about this business was the receptionist... I also payed for the car's spoiler to be painted and after inspection there are multiple scratches there also. Extremely sloppy work for the amount of money that was charged. Dropped my car off Tuesday and repairs were complete by Friday afternoon. This is the second time I have used Caliber in Marlton and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. Rich provided me with daily updates on how the progress of repairs were going. Tracey is always a smiling face whenever you get to the front desk and goes over everything in detail. They even went above and beyond and completely detailed my car front to back!! I highly recommend using Caliber for any of your needs!

I was in an accident in October. All employees that I had interaction with were amazing and my car looks fantastic. It wasn’t a major accident, but I would highly recommend them for a smooth transaction during a tough time. 5 plus stars!! Great job.
