Marlton Gardens Gracious Retirement Living

Mom and I toured the facility today and we felt right at home! We enjoyed our lunch and meeting some of the residents. Mom knew 2 people. The facility is bright and cheerful. She liked that they had lots of activities and especially the fitness room and theatre. The apartments are spacious and have ample storage. Conveniently located to lots of shopping. Hope she signs the lease!!

It’s been quite a project to find my father a place to live where he would find companionship, comfort and security. Marlton Gardens was that place. Cindy, the sales representative, was very patient with my dad and met with us quite a few times, to show him around. She also invited him over to have meals with the residents and to enjoy the musical performances. The place is just beautiful. It’s very clean and the staff is always pleasant and friendly. My Dad is still very independent, and likes that he can come and go as he pleases. He made quite a few friends and finds a reason to laugh everyday. I’m thankful for Marlton Gardens and my Dad is glad he found a place to call home.

Initial experience with Marlton Gardens facility and staff was exceptional. A chapter in life with a parent who is looking for a place to live, meet new people and find comfort in a place to call home is difficult on the entire family. However, Cindy and John from Marlton Gardens embrace this with all their heart! Cindy was so friendly and informative with the process and John was extremely inviting to my mother and our family. They both made my Mother feel at ease, welcomed and more important, excited for a new living area! We grew up in this area and so Thankful that people care so much for aging parents and truly present for their well being and experiences. My father recently moved to Marlton Gardens and we could not be happier. His apartment, building and grounds are Beautifully kept. The staff could not be more gracious and helpful. He is enjoying himself so much with the friendships that he is making so far. Best decision!

If you are looking for a beautiful and well managed community for yourself or a loved senior. - Marlton Gardens is the place! The decor and rooms are elegant with a homey feel. The food is abundant, nutritious and delicious. The rates are unmatched. But the most important reason we have chosen this spot for our dad is the people. There is an old fashion sincere focus on customer service that is hard to find these days. My father can be resistant and we were worried he’d be reluctant to commit but Cindy won him over with her warmth, knowledge and sincerity. John and Diane have made the process to move in clear and easy! Marlton Gardens is a God send! Thankyou!
